The Investing in Innovation Fund (I3) is a $650 million dollar program in the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. The objective of this program is to expand the implementation of, and investment in, innovative and evidence-based practices, programs and strategies that significantly:

improve K-12 achievement and close achievement gaps
decrease dropout rates
increase high school graduation rates
improve teacher and school leader effectiveness

As an electronic learning aid, the Boogie Board tablet can be a valuable component of your proposal to achieve these objectives.
